Whilst he is mostly known for his contributions as the main guitarist in the active Gothic/Doom project, Katatonia, Anders Nystrom, under the guise of the very elusive Blakkheim created a project that would later be known as Diabolical Masquerade. After the success of two albums, Blakkheim came back immediately and released what would later by fans to be considered his opus. Blistering leads, loud keys, choirs, massive progressions and the most varied vocals of the discography, Nightwork plays effortlessly, and despite it being well into 40 minutes of length, the time flies by, leaving the listener craving more.
