Whilst more well known for his vocals in the Austrian post black metal band, Harakiri for the Sky, V. Wahntraum also has a long going solo project known as Karg, which was originally formed in 2008. Featuring a more somber and less lead heavy style with more hardcore influence and completely sung in his native tongue, this project is the yin to his other project’s yang. This fifth record showcases his own vision of his art, featuring sections that range from almost melodic death metal riffs to tremolo picked leads or soaring heartfelt sections that leave the listener begging for more.
